Home for MS Access Professionals File Archive

Archive for Files on MS Access Professionals shared at the request of Bill Mosca, who founded the MS Access Professionals forum in 2002 for advice and a knowledge pool for beginners through advanced users of Microsoft Access and databases in general. Through its years, there have been thousands of questions and answers. These are the general files created to share and driven by desire to help someone. Many thanks to all members who have taken the time to post useful material.

The MS Access Professionals forum is still live but not for long. Posting has dwindled and the software to manage and run it is not free (as when it started).

Thanks to Bill for founding this group and keeping it going so many years. Best to him and his beloved as another chapter of life begins.

Long live Microsoft Access — the greatest database application

Download Pages

This archive contains sample databases, utilities, add-ins, code samples and more. While there's a brief description of each file, much context and discussion that the forum provided is missing.

Goodies to make programming in Access a little easier. Freeware mostly created by members of our group.

Samples (145)

Databases that deal with a particular feature or function or can be used as a template.

Code Snippets (6)

Samples of VBA and VBScript code. If file is a .BAS file you can import it directly into your database code project. .TXT files will require copy & paste.

Other Libraries

This archive is missing the majority of the files that A.D. Tejpal built to help users with questions and to demonstrate clever techniques because he posted most of them on Roger's Access Library. Sometimes members posted other places too.
